For your convenience, this is a family & 420-friendly environment, which permits responsible cannabis consumption indoor/outdoor. Pipe, dab, joints, and other cannabis-exclusive consuming is permitted in the following areas: * Indoor: You can consume (cannabis only) in the living room & dining room only. * Outdoor: You can consume (cannabis only) in the back gardens and patio as well. * There are different dispensaries (medical & recreational marijuana) around the city, feel free to ask for more information after you make your booking. >> Please check the house rule #2 about no smoking tobacco/cigarettes/cigars/etc. in any area of the property. 🏋🏻‍♀️> The gym is located walking distance (4 blocks away from the house). The new 24–7 “Majestic Fit Gym” was open on June 2024! New equipment, lockers, showers, never crowded. If you call them, ask for Janeth. 🎥 * Surveillance Cameras: FYI we have surveillance video cameras outside of the house: in the front entrance, in the back entrance and patio (NOT INSIDE of the apartments or any rooms or private bedrooms), to bring more security to our guests and family members. ⏰ * * CHECK IN is at 3pm & CHECK OUT is at 12pm: - if you plan to check in early at an earlier time, or check out at a later time, please let us know in advance. We do not guarantee an early check in or an later check out if a previous or future guest scheduled their check in or check out respectively. - If you want to check in at an earlier time or check out at a later time we are going to charge $15 for every hour. Cash only. - this charge is to pay the “cleaning team” to do their job a little faster. ❇️ NOTE: early check-in or later check-out service, are depending of the previous reservation made in advance, or if other guests solicited in advance their early check-in or later check-out. However feel free to ask. 🎒🧳 * LUGGAGE DROP OFF: Check in time is at 3pm and checkout time is at 12pm, if you need to drop off your luggage, no problem, you can place your luggage in a designated area that we’ll let you know. For a second car there is an additional fee.
