Serene Sunshine Villa, little sister to the Boardwalk (vide) The space Serene Villa in the nature and sun Kings Landing is a stunning four bedroom villa situated in 7.5 acres of Tropical Park with a coconut plantation and the creek extension of the Arabuko Sokoke Forest. It has access to the creek via an enchanting private Boardwalk that is shared with the other villa in the property, the big sister Boardwalk. Ground floor consists of a large double bedroom with a door opening into the swimming pool, a bathroom and a stylish large living room with large doors opening into the swimming pool area and an open plan dining/ kitchen/ bar ambient, also opening into the pool. First floor comprises of a large double bedroom, another large room with two double beds and a private balcony. These two rooms are sharing a large bathroom. Another room with double bed and ensuite bathroom complete the accommodation for a total of 10 people. There is a large rooftop terrace ideal for sundowner and parties. The house is very breezy so air conditioning is not needed. All rooms have fans and mosquito nets. The staff includes a cook, caretaker and a night guard shared with the Boardwalk. Both houses can be rented together for larger parties up to 22/24 people. Guest access The villa has no restricted area. All downstairs rooms are opening to the swimming pool deck. The first floor rooms are accessed by an internal stairway. All three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs are accessible through a corridor and the rooftop is accessible through an external stairway. There is direct access via the boardwalk to the Mida creek. Other things to note Young children should be careful around the pool area and the rooftop should be kept under lock and key.
