1 bedroom> Full sized bed not Queen, dresser, TV 3/4 renovated bathroom>pedestal sink, toilet, and shower (no tub). full kitchen> plates, cups, bowls, coffee mugs, pots & pans, Pizza Pan, cooking and eating utensils, strainer. Can/bottle opener, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, stove/oven, full sized refrigerator, and all you need to clean up after meals. Living room> futon, sitting chair, foot stool, lamp and end table, tv has Roku. Small dining space w/ table and 2 chairs, closet. SMALL apartment about 350 sq. ft. NOT Not not Luxury, but comfortable, clean, and a great low price (WHOLE apartment not just 1 room) separate entrance, at a low price in the BASEMENT of an Old house (which means stairs; about 7 stairs/STEPS and low-ish ceiling clearance in the stairway) of my home. Kind of quirky, quaint and cozy cute *No Fancy Schmancy here* though this is my home NOT a Luxury Hotel or HGtv (there are some flaws; the apartment isn't perfect). Just a real down to earth place to be :). its an apartment in an old house with modern amenities However, though i do offer a Stove in the apartment; I Do Not Guarantee the Use of the Oven; Stove Top Yes, Oven No. The bedroom is NON-CONFORMING but the window DOES open in the bedroom, and there's a fan to use if you wish. The window in the living room DOES open as well. Very close to the Interstate, Offutt Air Force Base, Old Towne Bellevue, and Bellevue University, Downtown Omaha attractions and Henry Doorly Zoo. Just a quick few minute interstate drive to the College World Series, CHI Center (previously known as CenturyLink Center) The Summer Arts Festival and our Old Market and Downtown Omaha and where there is plenty of shopping, museums and great dining experiences as well as fun bars, lounges, and night clubs. KIDS> Children are certainly welcomed, but not recommended. The apartment is NOT really (small child or elderly) friendly especially crawlers and early walkers; And possibly not guests that would have trouble climbing stairs there are 7 steps to climb up and down into the apartment; and the ceilings have about a 6"5 clearance; going down into the apartment it is about a 5"5 clearance. The apartment as well as the entry can pose a few obstacles; its a small entry space. I do not provide a Pack and Play or crib. (Please do see House Manuel under the Guest Resources section) In this apartment there shouldn't be much or anything that isn't provided for you. I did my best to equip this apartment like i would need it if I were actually Living in it. If there is something you do need that you dont see; please just ask me. * I do love the little apartment and i believe it is nice, but it definitely is not HGTV beautiful and not the Ritz; its always "a work in progress". This apartment may not be for you if you are used to the finer things in life; though anyone is welcomed :) No animals please> that includes ADA and ESA; Due to the apartment being in my residence i must think about my own pets and anxiety it has caused my big dog in the past. *You will find labels throughout the apartment telling you where things are located; meant to be helpful; ie... small closet in dining area (labeled) has the ironing board, iron, and hair drier. You will have full use yourself to the whole apartment; private entrance, parking space on site (Designated) see Guest Resources. There is a designated area outside if you are a smoker (never smoke or Vape inside), there is a back patio area with a table an chairs you may use (but not for smoking or vaping unless snow or rain has covered the smoking area) otherwise its a shared space, *smoking rules still apply; see Manuel book* I am a quiet person and don't like to bother people, but I don't mind chatting if we cross paths. I also have 2 dogs; there is a chance you could hear them from time to time,but they're basically Quiet or you could come in contact with them if they're outside when you are (be aware if you're allergic). approx. 350 sq. foot apartment. I am in a decent neighborhood, very safe, busy traffic during the day; minimal traffic in the evenings. Street light is right in front of the house. If you're driving a motorcycle you may lock it in my garage or carport during your stay. I do have 2 Ring security cameras as well and i always keep my eye on the driveway too. I do suggest backing your vehicle into the drive. There is Uber and Lyft Service here I LIVE HERE ON PREMISES on the main level; as well as my own 2 Dogs (BE AWARE if you are Allergic). We do try to be quiet for guests, but WE DO LIVE HERE; again we try to be quiet, but WE DO LIVE HERE. Laundromat called Anytime Laundry is at 505 Galvin Rd and Tulip in Bellevue about a mile South of my house and very clean, $3.00 front loaders and $1 dryer. there is a laundromat across the street, but i do not recommend going there; Seriously. Also, i want to assure you that my dogs never enter the apartment and that they are both fully vaccinated and licensed.
