Relax and unwind in a comfortable, private room in my two story 3-bedroom apartment in a house downtown! Shared kitchen, bathroom, living space and lovely outside deck area. Steps to University of Toronto + Kensington Market. Just north of the entertainment district, 15-min walk to Eaton Centre, 5-min walk to major subway line and University Health Network hospitals. The space I welcome you to share my home in my two-story apartment in a house in Baldwin Village! We're steps to Kensington Market, U of T, AGO, and so much more. Visit for a few days or a few weeks! The bedroom is on the first floor of the two-story apartment, and can accommodate up to two people comfortably in the queen-sized bed. The room has a desk for working, a book collection for perusing, and a dresser and closet to store your belongings and make you feel at home. It's very comfortable and bright, and although the room is on the cozy side, the rest of the space more than makes up for it! You are invited to share the rest of the space including the living room, main bathroom and large second floor deck, which is a perfect place to relax and marvel at the CN Tower over your morning coffee/tea (that I provide to guests so no need to go outside). You are welcome to cook in my fully equipped kitchen, do your laundry, and enjoy the cable TV and Internet on your down time. When you’re ready to explore, we're in walking distance of almost everything, or just steps from the city's bike share program! This means when you stay with me, I will send you a Hostfully guidebook link. The guidebook contains all the essential information about my home, as well as recommendations all over the city. It's easy to navigate, and if you are out and about, you can access it from your phone. Guest access You will have private access to your room and shared access to all common areas of the house, plus the second floor deck. The basement room of the apartment is also listed on Airbnb, so there is the probability that you will be interacting with other guests as we are all sharing the common areas. There are locks on the bedroom doors for privacy with keys when you need to leave. Occasionally, when I am out of town, there will be other Airbnb guests staying in my room in the apartment as well. During your stay I live in the house full time and will be around to help with recommendations for restaurants and local activities if needed. I'll also help with anything you might need within reason. Otherwise, I'm a busy entrepreneur and tend to be out and about so if you want your privacy I can give you that too! Other things to note We are LGBTQ friendly! I have an Australian Goldendoodle puppy named River! She's very friendly and loves to meet all my guests. She sleeps in my bedroom with me but you will have contact with her if we are home. To ensure you have a wonderful stay, we’ve equipped this home with a Minut sensor. It monitors noise (but does not record sound), occupancy, temperature and humidity, helping us keep our home and our neighbourhood safe, healthy and comfortable. It notifies us if it gets too loud, to ensure all guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbours are not disturbed. Registration Details STR-2010-FSQKPC
