Tea/coffee making facilities in the room The space This offer is for 'room only'. No access to kitchen facilities or lounge. The room is in a 200 year old 5 storey house situated only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Brighton and 150 metres from the beach. A perfect Location No Smoking please anywhere in the Building. PARKING: There is on street pay parking in the area. Most of the nearby parking is limited to 2 or 4 hours. However there is also longer term parking. There are 2 options. The closest is Marine Parade, The seafront road at the bottom of my street. This option is expensive. The cost is from £5 per hour, but free between 8pm and 9am. Cost for 24 hours is about £20. This street gets very busy and you may find it difficult to find a space. A much cheaper option is Freshfield Rd. (BN2 0BJ). The cost is from £1.20 per hour but free between 8pm and 9am. The cost for 24 hours is £6-7. It is generally much easier to find a space to park and is about 5-8 minutes walk from the house. In both cases you can pay by phone so you don't need to return to the car to top up the meter. Other things to note This room is on the 2nd floor. There is no lift, only stairs.
