On the first level you can access the entrance, the living room, the two bedrooms, the kitchen and the bathroom; through a comfortable internal staircase, in iron and wood, you can reach the third bedroom in the beautiful loft whose floor is in parquet. The accommodation for up to 5 people is organized as follows: 1 bedroom with king size bed, very comfortable for two people; 1 bedroom with a three-quarter bed, comfortable for one person or even up to two children; 1 bedroom in the loft, with a standard double bed; 2 openable futons, one double and the other single; 1 sofa bed that can be opened, comfortable for a child, present in the living room; 1 dormeuse, comfortable and elegant, also present in the living room. Guests have access to a gas stove with 4 burners, an electric oven, a refrigerator, and dishes. Other things to note The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator (but the stairs are easy to climb). The apartment is ideal for groups of friends or families, less so for couples, since the large bedroom located in the loft has parquet flooring and the acoustics with the large bedroom below are not perfectly insulated.
