A well lighted loft style unit located in a gated subdivision along Tagaytay-Nasugbu highway. The neighborhood is very quiet and secured. Ideal for walking and biking. Water would not be a problem as it has its own water cistern and pump. House is almost complete for having the essentials you might need. Covered parking for small car or motorcycles is available too. Note: Steep stairs to access guest loft. The space House has complete amenities you can access such as - microwave - mini refrigerator - kitchen utensils - electric kettle Bathroom has - multipoint water heater - tissues - shower gel and shampoo Bath towels are provided (one per guest) We also have an honesty store basket in the unit so you could keep your stomach filled FREE drinking water provided. Also, an option of ceiling fan or the very cold AC to use to have a good night sleep. Guest access Car garage Whole studio unit Other things to note The space is not for pwd and elderly due to steep stairs. Alcoholic beverages, smoking, and vaping are not allowed.
