Villa Ariana is a newly built private villa situated within the quiet vicinity of Greenfield Heights Subdivision, Dasmariñas, Cavite. The architectural inspiration of this approx. 1,000sq.m. property is modern Balinese which compliments the luscious greeneries of the surrounding. From quick barkada getaways to intimate family gatherings, this place serves as a serene escape for everyone across all ages. The space Visitors can enjoy premium amenities such as adult & kids’ swimming pool with an outdoor shower, covered barbecue area. The sunset view can be enjoyed from inside the house as double height glass has been positioned for an optimum outdoor scenery experience. A rustic solid wood dining table together with an open kitchen station for food preparation is also available to create a festive mood for an enticing meal. Villa Ariana boasts 4 cozy bedrooms with en-suite toilet & bath. Materials from different parts of the world have been sourced to build this private villa. Guests will be welcomed by the main door made out of solid teak wood & brass from India. Swimming pool tiles were handpicked from Bali, Indonesia, while local wood for staircase & railings were exclusively commissioned to accentuate the Asian vibe of the space. Soft furnishings & mattresses were imported from the Swedish brand IKEA. Guest access Guests with more than 8 members can fully utilize the entire house. For bookings with 7 or less members, only the bedrooms located at the ground floor of the villa can be accessed. Other things to note An entrance fee of Php10.00 per vehicle must be paid upon entering the subdivision. This can be refunded from the Host upon check-out. Refund will only cover up to 5 vehicles.
