I offer my 4-star accommodation, very comfortable and spacious, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It is adjoining another cottage. Located just 2.5 hours from Paris in the heart of the Berry countryside. You will also enjoy a beautiful view and especially the calm. Flowers, lawn, a relaxation area with the pool, 6.5 m/4 m above ground, a spa (for adults only), ping-pong table, various games will occupy young and old. The space The interior of the cottage is decorated very simply, all in wood. There is plenty of space, an entrance with a laundry room, toilet. A large living room open to the dining room and an open-plan kitchen. Upstairs 2 bedrooms: the Lavender bedroom with a 160/200 m bed, the 2nd Solanum bedroom with a 140/200 m bed, a walk-in shower, toilet, a large landing with reading and games area, a mezzanine with two single beds. Underfloor heating (heat pump) and a stove will give you a cozy atmosphere. Wood is available for the stove. Sheets are provided for all your stays. The cleaning package is included in the price. Towels for rent on request We manage the cleaning, disinfecting all surfaces first. We then use a steam cleaner, so it naturally eliminates a significant part of germs and other bacteria. However, you will have a few small tasks to complete (listed in the cottage) at the end of your stay. We welcome animals (1 to 2 dogs maximum), we will ask you to leave the gite clean as well as the exteriors. The pool is open from the beginning of April until October 15th depending on the weather, the Spa is open year-round. Electric car charging possible. Parties and events are prohibited Guest access The surface area of the accommodation is 135 m2 on 2 levels since there is a mezzanine. The entire place is yours, with a private entrance, private outdoor dining area. You have books for all ages, board games, a DVD player. The relaxation area is to be shared with the other accommodation until 9:30 p.m. to allow us to do the maintenance, but also to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood. Also to share are the bikes, ping-pong table etc... Private garden furniture and plancha. From August 16 to August 30, 2025, rentals are by the week, from Saturday to Saturday Other things to note I provide all household products if needed during your stay: floor cleaner, bathroom cleaner, bleach, sponges, wipes. I do not provide laundry detergent or fabric softener. There is a roll of toilet paper in both toilets. basic food products such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee filters are also provided. We gladly accept 1 or 2 dogs, we would appreciate it if you let us know before your arrival. The land around the cottage is not fenced. No extra charge will be required for hosting your pets.
