Privately owned, this Studio Condo has 1 King-size bed w/ a comfortable memory foam matress topper, one spacious couch, a dinette table & chairs for two, & useful small desk. Smart TV & Fireplace TV console. Wi-Fi service & TV cable provided by Spectrum. Pool is open & faces the ocean, plus direct access to the ocean & beach from the building's deck. Building w/ laundry room & IceMaker machine. Full size bathroom, w/ just resurfaced tub, that looks and feels great and like new, w/ top shower, all great condition. Towels & toiletries provided. Kitchenette w/ microwave, tall mini-fridge w/ freezer, drip coffee maker, turbo blender, slow cooker, toaster, dishes, glasses, electric skillet for light cooking, but NO stove. We provide essential items to make you feel good & welcome. This condo accommodates best 2 people and its features are not infants or young kids friendly. The studio is located in Daytona Inn Beach resort building's top 4th floor. NO cameras inside condo, only on the outside common areas, for exterior monitoring. Daytona Inn building remains an affordable property for travelers that plan their trip on a budget while enjoying a famous & spectacular building beachfront location and in the heart of town. Please read the House Rules. Guest access Self check-in available at your request. Building amenities: outdoor Pool & deck -opened, direct Beach access, Free Parking. 1 car only per condo, as per building rules. Spectacular Location, walking distance to all attractions, Daytona Boardwalk, Bandshell, Pier, shops, restaurants, entertainment, theater & more! Summer time, weekend concerts at the Boardwalk's Bandshell, followed by amazing fireworks. Enjoy the fireworks directly from the building's deck. Other things to note 1. No check-ins or check-outs on Saturdays; 2. NO Housekeeping or Front Desk are available on the premises; 3. Parking: One vehicle ONLY per condo - building's rules; parking pass to be visible displayed at check-in, on front mirror at all times to avoid vehicle's towing away; 4. NO Trailer parking allowed on the parking lot; ask us for the trailer parking available in our area; 5. Maximum occupancy: 2 guests Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Undisclosed overnight guests will result in additional charges through Airbnb; 6. If the condo is not left in good condition and requires additional work and/or cleaning the host will require an additional $80 charge. 7. Minimum age to book: 21 years The primary booking guest must be present at check-in. Minors must be accompanied by an adult; 8. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Early or late check-in/out may be available upon request and subject to availability; additional charges may apply; 9. No parties or events are permitted inside the condo, balcony, or patio; 10. Non-Smoking Condo. No smoking /vaping/marijuana or any kind inside the condo, at any time. Yet, it's OK on the patio / balcony /outdoors. Evidence of it will cause additional cleaning charges; 11. Cancellation rules are per Airbnb Cancellation Policy; 12. Animals & Health Notice: This condo is maintained as an animal-free environment due to medical problems and allergies that could affect next guests. Pets are not permitted. Yet, in accordance with Airbnb policy, trained service animals are accommodated. Guests traveling with a service animal are kindly requested to inform us at the time of booking request, so we can prepare to perform appropriate professional cleaning following a service-animal stay, in order to confidently accommodate all upcoming guests, including those with animal allergies; 13. Florida Environment: Florida's coastal climate means occasional insects may appear despite regular pest control. This is normal in this area.
