Our boutique residence tucked in a quiet corner just off the heart of Gangnam's best restaurant street is a family owned and operated building with years of hospitality experience. With 7 units for rent designed to be exactly what guests need in this area, we offer an experience you just can't find anywhere else here. The space This recently-built short-term rental apartment building replaces one of the first family-operated guesthouses in Gangnam with a modern experience rivaling that of top hotels while maintaining the comfortable feel people have come to expect from us. Guest access This unit has a bedroom with a western-style bathroom, a workspace, and a small common area. On the first floor we have a laundry room including washer and dryer, should you need them. Other things to note To save you money on services most of our guests don't need, we do not include a daily servicing of the apartment, though you can schedule cleanings with us for a small fee. We do not provide parking at the building, but if you bring a car you can park it an the Nonhyeon Elementary School for a fee.
