Unit 3 has direct unobstructed views of Sussex inlet river. Unit 3 is fully self contained cottage with a master bedroom and a second bedroom to accommodate a second couple or the kids. The second bedroom contains a single bed & a set of bunk beds. Bathroom, lounge, dinning and kitchen area. It opens out onto a large deck which flows onto the covered communal BBQ area and our private jetty. Our Property is 1 1/4 acres providing a safe, great play area for the children. The space Unit 3 is only meters from our private jetty & moorings. The bike track is directly out the front so you can take a stroll or ride your bike around the local area. Or you can take a dip in our new heated pool. We are within walking distance of the village with all town facilities, club, restaurants, picture theater, grocery store, etc. We provide commercial boat moorings on the river front in direct view from your unit offering that peace of mind that you can see your pride & joy all the time. There is a communal laundry with a coin operated washing machine & dryer.
