Tiny home in Seneca Rocks

"The views were incredible." -Isabella Get away from your hectic life for several days and decompress. What better place to do that than in nature? You'll be centrally located in the best of WV. Nearby activities include hiking, biking, climbing, photography, caving, fishing, sightseeing, and more. As part of the experience, you'll have a scenic 3-minute walk from the parking area (down by our house) up to the tiny house. The space In case you haven't noticed yet, the main reason you'll want to stay here is because the views are just awesome!! (: You have 180 degree views of the mountains from the front porch. At night, if it's clear, you'll have a spectacular view of the night sky. You may even see the Milky Way! The tiny house itself now has electric and running water! It is no longer off-grid! It even has a hot tub now! You can camp while enjoying all the comforts of home-- glamorous camping, right? As a part of this experience in nature, you will have a 3-minute walk to the tiny house from the parking area. The tiny house has a full bathroom, a queen bed, a kitchenette, a fire pit, picnic table, etc. In the kitchenette, a microwave, Keurig, mini-fridge, and single burner hot plate are provided. We provide 1 small saucepan, 1 small skillet, a few basic cooking utensils, and silverware. There is not a very good place for washing dishes, so you will probably want to bring some paperware. This area is full of fun things to do, so bring your camera and your hiking shoes! Check out our guidebook for local activities, hikes, and restaurants. You are also welcome to use the mowed walking path around our pasture. Other things to note This area is remote and has little to no mobile phone service, so plan accordingly. You will be able to access the WiFi down by our house, but it will not reach all of the way up to the tiny house. If you want to have a campfire while you are here, we have firewood for sale. We throw in newspaper, kindling, and a lighter for you to use to start campfires. As part of the experience, you'll have a scenic 3-minute walk from the parking area (down by our house) up to the tiny house. The tiny house itself does not have WiFi, but you will be able to connect to the WiFi down by the parking area if you need to send a message or download maps or movies. -------- Note: We require all guests to sign a rental agreement as part of the booking process. Once you've made the reservation through Airbnb, you will receive a message with a link to a form to fill out and sign. The terms you will be agreeing to are outlined below. -The person registering the unit is responsible for all damages to the property by your party. -Inventory will be taken after each stay, and missing items will be billed to the person that registers the cabin. -A security deposit hold of $200 is required. -Check-in time is anytime after 4 pm; check-out time is no later than 11:00 am. -To avoid additional cleaning fees, please leave the property neat and clean upon departure. -No smoking inside; leave no evidence of smoking outside. -No pets allowed. Eviction without refund if pets are discovered on premise. -No discharge of fire arms, fire works, or other explosives. --No loud or disruptive behavior, abuse of alcohol, or drug usage will be permitted. -There will be no house keeping services during your stay except by request for an additional charge. -Members of staff or management may enter the premises for the purpose of inspection and verification of maximum occupancy at anytime. -We will not be responsible for any injuries to anyone in your party or loss of property for any reason. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this agreement, and that you agree to hold the owners of this property harmless in the event of any injury or loss while you are on the premises.
