Safe area- hot outdoor shower

Our place is homely and based in the suburbs. Perfect for those needing a safe place to relax after a busy day, “Tradies and travellers love our place” We do not allow parties, events, group gatherings - call it what you like !!! Our Airbnb is for our paying guests only. Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am. We do not charge a cleaning fee so please leave the place tidy and take the linen off the beds (the service fee is paid to Airbnb) The space Our house is in its original state and suitable for people who don’t mind weeds in the garden and the odd cobweb. We are located in the quiet end of Huxley Road. The residents around us are either owners or stable renters. We are either on site in our self contained caravan or across the road at my family home, with minimal disturbance to you. We are private, quiet people. The outdoor shower is a shared amenity. Guest access You have access to the house, enclosed deck, carport grass area The outdoor shower is shared The shed and caravans are off limits Other things to note “Do not bring hair dye into my house” Please share a bit of information about your group and why you are visiting. Children under 12 are welcome but must be supervised. You will see weeds in the garden, odd cob web and flys (it’s summer) Do not book if this is a problem. Please check if you pet is ok to stay first. Only house trained pets under 10kg are allowed. They must have their own beds and clean up after them. Lost remotes will incur a $30 replacement charge
