AirMusic-Attic on the sunny plateau of Ritten (Bolzano)

The AirMusic-Attic is located in the family house Lintner, in the idyllic village Unterinn-Auna di Sotto (near the city of Bolzano), overlooking the "Dolomites - UNESCO World Heritage". Spacious, functionally furnished 33 m² attic room (+ 1 bathroom) with a musical touch. There is a common entrance (NO separate entrance for guests). The kitchen/garden/balconies are NOT available for guests to use. Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in the room. The space The attic room with 1 x queen size 160 x 200 cm and 1 x bunk double bed 140 x 200 cm (suitable for children 6+ years and the young at heart) can be reached via the stairs, as there is no elevator. Basic equipment is included in the price. Pets are not allowed. All guests aged 14 and over must pay a local tax of €2.50 per person per night to the municipality of Ritten-Renon via the host from 01/01/2024. Guest access Guests can use the stairs and hallway that leads to the attic room. Unfortunately, the kitchen, balcony, garden and tree house CANNOT be used by guests. During your stay Michael lives in the same house with a shared entrance. He is available for any information you might need. The washing machine can be used by the guest free of charge. Since there is only 1 washing machine in the house, the host also uses it from time to time (even during the stay of guests). Other things to note Every now and then the cat Whisky-Chèri visits the house (but he lingers in the kitchen or in the garden). Smoking is NOT allowed in the property.
