Our beautiful privately-owned, self-catering, spacious 6 bedroom and 4 bathroom, multi-story beach house is just 300m from Clarke Bay Beach in Ballito and is available for family holiday letting: 4 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs, main en-suite plus a family bathroom (main bedroom and 2 en-suite rooms have sea views) 2 air-conditioned en-suite guest suites 2 additional guest toilets (ground floor and mezzanine floor) Sleeps a maximum of 14 (Max. 10 adults sharing plus 4 children) The space The house includes a fully fitted kitchen incl. microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher. Separate dining room leading into a TV lounge with TV, Netflix & DVD Player and wifi. Downstairs recreation room has a fully fitted bar & pool table, SMART TV and access to the pool. Beautiful covered entertainment patio with stunning sea views & barbecue facilities Garaging for one medium car & plenty of off-road parking for additional cars. The house is alarmed with armed response, beams and house alarm and has a large pool with safety net. Please note this is not a party venue. No noise after 10 pm. Please note the following rates: Peak times ( Christmas & Easter) R 5200 p.night Mid Season ( June .July holidays/ long weekends) R4000/4500 p.night Low season (weekends - R3500) Weekday (R3000) Please note the house is situated in a quiet residential area and we are not a party venue. We prefer to accommodate families rather then large groups. A R2000 breakage deposit is required. Other things to note Please note we no longer accept bookings for large groups of adults only. A minimum of 4 children must be staying on the property. A refundable deposit of R2 000 is required before arrival. ( R3000 in peak season). This will be refunded in 5 days provided nothing is broken or missing. Please not we are not a party venue and we require guests to sign a quite time policy before arrival. This policy states that you agree to keep your noise at a respectable level in the evening after 9 pm. No smoking in the house.
