Fully furnished 1 bedroom unit with toilet & bath, kitchen, living area, breakfast nook and balcony-mountain view. The unit can accommodate max. of 6 pax. EXCLUSION: Guest Fee The space Unit is complete with the following: 1 Queen size bed Sheets/pillows/blankets extra foldable mattresses Refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, rice cooker,electric kettle Coffee maker, complete kitchen utensils Split type aircon LED TV with cable DVD Shower Heater Towels Sofa Dining Table Breakfast Nook Guest access Upon registration and payment fee at the entrance ( payable directly to PIco de loro beach and country club), guests will have access to Pico Beach and Country Club swimming pool and showers Guest Fee is to be paid upon entry during registration (valid for the whole duration of stay max of 7 days) Other things to note You will need a guest card to settle your transactions at the Beach/Country Club (restaurants, sports & recreations outlets). The cash card is a pre-paid card which is valid for 1 year. The card is Php50. and minimum initial load is Php1000, this is not compulsory but will be needed if you want to make purchases at the country club. Guest Endorsement and Authorization Forms will be sent via email. Unit caretaker will accommodate the guests in checking, keys are with the caretaker as well. Bring drinking water
