Charming house in the Berry champagne region

Our country house, a former farmhouse from the Berry region, is located between Bourges, Sancerre and La Charité-sur-Loire. It has a large, unenclosed garden, surrounded by old farm buildings, and fields as far as the eye can see. A stream and a small wood run along the bottom of the garden. You will find all the calm and comfort you need to spend a relaxing time, walking or visiting the surroundings. The spacious and bright rooms combine old charm and contemporary design. The space The 200 m² house consists of two large living rooms on the ground floor: a 35 m² living room with piano, library, fireplace, TV; and a 43 m² dining room with fireplace and play area for children. We leave you our collection of books, comics, CDs, DVDs, board games and children's games. The fitted kitchen has glass-ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer, oven, electric juicer, toaster, electric kettle, electric filter coffee maker, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. An additional small fridge and freezer are located in the laundry room. There is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron. A separate toilet is on the ground floor. Upstairs are five bedrooms: two single 12 m² and three double (between 10 and 20 m²) including one with bathroom with shower. There is also a master bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet and a reading area in the hallway. The house is surrounded by a large, unenclosed plot of land bordered by a stream. Garden furniture and two outdoor tables are at your disposal. You will also have access to a trampoline, ping pong table, BBQ, wooden children's hut, shelter for two vehicles. For reservations made on or after September 25, 2026, linens and towels are included in the reservation. For reservations made before this date, you can bring your own linen or rent it at a rate of €15 per double bed, €10 per single bed and €5 per bath towel. You're on vacation, don't worry about cleaning before you leave, we'll take care of it. The €100 cleaning fee is included in the rate.
