Charming house in the Berry champagne region

Our country house, an old Berry farmhouse, is located between Bourges, La Charité and Sancerre. It has a large unfenced garden, surrounded by old farm buildings, and fields as far as the eye can see. A stream and a small wood run along the bottom of the garden. You will find all the calm and comfort you need for a relaxing moment, a walk or a visit to the surroundings. The spacious and bright rooms combine old-fashioned charm with contemporary design. The space The 200 m² house consists of two large living rooms on the ground floor: a 35 m² living room with piano, library, fireplace, TV; and a 43 m² dining room with decorative fireplace and play area for children. We leave you our collection of books, comics, CDs, DVDs, board games and children's games. The fitted kitchen has ceramic hobs, a fridge with freezer, an oven, an electric juicer, a toaster, an electric kettle, an electric filter coffee maker, a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. A small fridge and an additional freezer are located in the laundry room. There is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron. A separate toilet is on the main floor. Upstairs are five bedrooms: two single 12 m² and three double (between 10 and 20 m²) including one with bathroom with shower. There is also a master bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet and a reading area in the hallway. The house is surrounded by a large unfenced plot bordered by a stream. Garden furniture and two outdoor tables are at your disposal. You will also have access to a trampoline, ping pong table, BBQ, wooden children's playhouse, shelter for two vehicles. Sheets are not included in the rental, an extra €15 per double bed and €10 per single bed is provided if you wish. Similarly, for towels, provide a flat rate of €5 per person per week. Please specify when booking if you would like linens and towels to be provided. You're on vacation, don't worry about cleaning before you leave, we'll take care of it. Mandatory cleaning fee is €100.
