**WE ARE ON THE US SIDE** Located on the 2nd floor of an older 2 story home. Private, nothing fancy, traditional Cozy 1 bedroom apartment. Similar to a cottage setting. WiFi/Paramount +included. There is also an apartment on the first floor and is completely separate. PEACEFUL AREA. Parking. We live directly next door (brick house)and are 30 seconds away if you need anything. PLEASE READ AND REVIEW THE HOUSE RULES/BOOKING SETTINGS, TO MAKE SURE THE LISTING FITS YOUR NEEDS. The space THE PHOTOS WILL DETAIL THE VISUAL AND PLEASANT PERSONALITY OF THE APARTMENT. It is much more OPEN and SPACIOUS in person. THE APARTMENT CAN ACCOMMODATE *3* PEOPLE -----------****KITCHEN*****---------- -It is FULLY EQUIPPED *ALL basic APPLIANCES & UTENSILS. Coffee maker, microwave, toaster and tea kettle. Coffee, sugar, sweetener and creamer ARE INCLUDED. Dining room table and chairs. If you need to change your trash receptacle there are EXTRA BAGS UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK. If you take the garbage outside the BLUE TRASH BINS are located at the back of the house by the fence. The GREEN BINS are for recyclables only . ----------**LIVING ROOM**---------- -The living room has A COUCH/FUTON, A RECLINER and a FLAT SCREEN T.V. with Paramount +. WIFI included. There are some board games, deck of cards and some children books. The LINEN CLOSET in the LIVING ROOM holds THE BROOM and DUSTPAN (if needed). THE IRON AND IRONING BOARD are in that closet as well. IT ALSO CONTAINS EXTRA LINENS AND PILLOWS. ___________****BATHROOM*****________ - The bathroom tub can be used for SHOWERS and BATHS. And of course there is a toilet and sink. Fresh towels are hanging on the towel rack and there is MORE TOWELS in the bathroom closet. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are all provided. IN THE BATHROOM CLOSET AS WELL. Hand soap readily available. _____________***BEDROOM*****__________________ -The bedroom has a QUEEN SIZED BED. The LINENS are CLEAN, FRESH and CHANGED AFTER ALL GUESTS DEPARTURE. Bedside table with ALARM CLOCK and LAMP. There are TWO DRESSERS and HANGERS in the closet. -------------*****BASEMENT*****--------- This is where the free LAUNDRY ROOM IS. The WASHER and DRYER are FREE to use. AS IS THE DETERGENT AND DRYER SHEETS. The FIRST FLOOR ALSO HAS ACCESS to the LAUNDRY ROOM. ----------**ENTRANCE HALLWAY**---------- -THE 1st FLOOR AND THE 2nd FLOOR ENTER THROUGH THIS MAIN DOOR. ---THERE IS A VACUUM IN THE ENTRANCE HALLWAY CLOSET SO 1st and 2nd floor have access to one If it is needed. Guest access Guest have access to their second floor B&B, the main entrance hallway and basement, which is where the washer and dryer are located and both apartments have free access to use. ****The hallway is where the 1st floor apartment is located. If you do laundry late at night I would like to thank you in advance for respecting the noise level in the hallway when you pass the first floor B&B. The backyard is also available. .
