Adorable apartment for couples and small families

This is the perfect place if you are looking for relaxing moments. We are located near the beach (1.8km) but far from the noise of touristic towns. The apartment is great because it is fresh also when it is very hot outside. There is a patio that you can enjoy for outdoor dinners with a spacious garden that we look forward to sharing with you. Services (train station, bars, supermarkets, tennis courts) are within walking distance. We speak fluent Italian, English, Spanish and basic German. The space The apartment is spacious and perfect for the summertime. We live at the first floor and are available to our guests. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment on the first floor, the patio at their entrance and the garden (shared with us, the owners). Other things to note The security deposit of 125 euro is meant to cover costs from furniture or objects in the house that are broken by guests. The deposit is also meant to cover the costs of guests loosing the keys of the apartment. In that case we will have to replace the lock to guarantee safety of future guests and our own.
