The loft is nestled quietly and cozily in a nice garden next to all Tervuren attractions and has close access to public transport (tram, busses) to Brussels, Leuven and Zaventem Airport. The perfect place to combine city and nature or work and pleasure. The space This loft is part of a house that is situated in a nice big garden. It has a separate entrance and is situated on the first floor with lots of natural light. It has a surface of about 40m2 and has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is one bed (200*160cm) for 2 people and a comfortable sleeping sofa (200*160cm) for 2 people. There is free wifi, cable TV, mini-fridge, coffee machine and a microwave. There is an external 2 pit induction electric cooker to make a small meal. The loft is not ideal for small kids ( up to 4-6 years), due to the open stair case and the natural pool in the garden. Guest access The guest can use the garden, the covered patio including the tables and chairs. Other things to note Our house is situated behind the houses of Tervurenlaan 2 and 3. Between those houses is a small unpaved road that leads to our house. One car can be parked on our property. PETS ON REQUEST
