Maggie's Cabin is a two bedroom, one bath log cabin with country charm.  This cabin sits off to itself on a peaceful cabin community hillside with a beautiful view overlooking the community. Maggies has a covered front porch, rocking chairs a hot tub, firepit and charcoal grill. Outside you can hear the creek which really makes it peaceful. The location is very convenient being less than 5 minutes to downtown Bryson City. We are pet friendly with additional pet fee.  This cabin is older and rustic which really brings out its charm as well. It is cozy and comfortable and inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for making meals right at the cabin.  The open floor plan is perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with everyone in your group.  The living area is equipped with comfortable furniture, flatscreen television with satellite service, and wifi.  The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a queen sized bed.  The upstairs loft is equipped with two additional queen sized beds.  The bath is conveniently located for all guests and features a tub/shower combo.   guests have personal access to the cabin, hot tub, firepit and grill. there is a shared community laundry room on property if needed. Wi-Fi - make sure hotspot is on and password is on fridge.. Our WiFi is spotty in the summer or when leaves are full, we hope to have better internet options soon. No refunds for wifi issues. We can also come out to the property If needed :) This is a very quiet privately owned community with a beautiful creek running through it. This cabin is just a few miles outside of downtown Bryson City, where you can take a ride on the Great Smoky Mountain railroad, enjoy the many delicious restaurants, or shop at the various boutique shops.  Located within a 10 minute drive is Fontana Lake and the Deep Creek Community, where you will find hiking trails with waterfalls, fishing, swimming, tubing, and horseback riding.  The Cherokee Indian Reservation, Harrah's Cherokee Casino,Sequoyah National Golf Course, and entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park are just a 15 minute drive away.  If you're looking for heart pounding outdoor adventures, take a 20 minute drive to the Nanatahala River Gorge where you will find many opportunities to go whitewater rafting, kayaking, hiking, fishing, zip lining, and horseback riding. -there is a 1 time $50 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
