The owners have made this property a perfect house and a little place to spend their holidays. In the oldest part of the building, where the tower is located, the walls are very thick as they had to support the entire upper structure. This part of the building houses the reception room, a living room, dining room and kitchen, which is very well equipped. From the house you have views of the village, countryside and green hills of Mallorca, the Molí D'en Barret estate is 0.8 km from the town, to the east, there are the picturesque villages of Son Serra, Artà and Capdepera; westbound the Sierra de Tramuntana. After a day full of activities, there is nothing better than returning home and swimming in the private chlorine pool with a size of 6 meters long x 3 meters wide and a depth of 1.70 m., surrounded by a terrace with natural grass. The BBQ area with wood-burning oven and garden furniture invites you to spend an afternoon as a family. The owners have retained the rustic style of the house; without sacrificing modern equipment such as Wifi and satellite TV in the living room equipped with a sofa that gives access to a distributor and the kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Three bedrooms invite you to rest in a rustic, stylish setting. There is a double bedroom and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, all have a wardrobe. Two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. There is also no need for a washing machine, ironing board. Please note: Final cleaning: 100 Euro / stay. Electricity surcharge: 25 Kw of electricity are included in the price per day. If this limit is exceeded, a cost of €0.27 Kw / hour is applied according to consumption. In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist rate, called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per person per night in high season and 0.55 EUR per person per night in low season. From the ninth night, this amount is reduced by half. The EcoTax will be charged prior to arrival via a Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. Such payment is mandatory. Important: As required by law, we must ask you for copies of the IDs or passports of all guests over the age of 16. This information is sent by email. The 200 Euro security deposit will be withheld by a credit card and the customer will have to provide their data through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
