A fun cottage right on Mullett Lake!

This 6 bedroom 4.5 bath home is on beautiful Mullett Lake and has all that a family or group of friends could ask for from a vacation rental. The outdoor hot tub, wrap around deck, firepit, small sandy beach, gas BBQ grill, gameroom & theater will keep all entertained. Enjoy the sunny days of summer or come up for a long weekend in the fall to enjoy the beautiful colors or that winter snowmobile or ski trip. This property has plenty of room for a large group while still feeling cozy & inviting The space The house has an all season sunroom with panoramic views of the lake & a comfy sectional couch for those lazy day cat naps. The living room has a lake view & a gas fireplace. The open concept main floor is perfect for large groups & the eating area is right next to the kitchen. The game room with pool table & home theater room with a large TV guarantee a good time for all ages, even on a rainy day. The master suite is truly a retreat with a sitting area, electric fireplace, private balcony overlooking the lake. There are 2 bunkbed rooms for the little ones & 3 other bedrooms, all with king-size beds. The full bathroom downstairs was redone last year & the 2nd downstairs bathroom was redone this year. Fresh beach sand is brought in every year. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property with private entrance yard with a small sandy beach area. There is parking in the large driveway & some areas to park trailers or snow toys next to our pole barn & shed. There are 3 moorings (very close to shore & secured in shallow water), for guests to tie up their water toys; the dock is freestanding, so you cannot secure any boats or jet skis to it. Other things to note The house rents for a week (Saturday to Saturday) starting in mid June through Labor Day weekend; you can rent for more than 7 days, but not less. Pontoon boat is available for rent @ an additional charge to the house rental. To ensure all of our renters' safety, we sanitize the entire home prior to new guests' arrival. All hard surfaces are sanitized with a bleach solution; all the flooring is mopped & carpets vacuumed & all bedding is changed between stays. Our cleaning staff wears masks, gloves & protective clothing during their time on the premises. This is our personal home & we don't allow renter pets, unless it is a support animal. Please note that arcade games will vary and are replaced often due to damage from renters.
