The House of Typère

Family house, character with its cloister and Tuffeau stones. It is located in one of the most beautiful villages in France facing the confluence of the Vienne and the Loire, making it possible to meet with family or friends. Once you go through the gate, time stops... Ideal place to spend a peaceful vacation "on the water"..... The region is rich in tourism: visit the Loire Castles, Vineyards of Anjou and Tourraine, Futuroscope, Le Puy du Fou. The space The house is divided into two independent parts, one dedicated to the living rooms and the other to the bedrooms. The living room building is accessible by a staircase; the front door overlooks a fitted and equipped kitchen (cooking piano, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, fridge/freezer, etc.), then cloakroom, living room, dining room overlooking a terrace with magnificent views of the confluence between the Vienne and the Loire. On the terrace, there is a garden table, a gas barbecue (Weber). On the ground floor of this building, there is a games room with ping pong table and dart board (other games available: Molky, shuffleboard, petanque). The other part is dedicated to the 6 bedrooms allowing you to isolate yourselves..... On the ground floor: a double bedroom, a so-called "children's" bedroom with the possibility of putting 1 convertible double bed and 2 single bunk beds, a toilet, a bathroom. On the first floor: two double bedrooms, each with their own shower cabin and separate toilet. On the second floor: a double bedroom, a bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 convertible double bed, a shower and a separate toilet. For young children, we provide a high chair, a baby bed. The garden overlooking the Vienna and the Loire is enclosed allowing young children to play safely (swing, sunbathing). A private staircase leads to the banks of the Vienna. Guest access The entire property is accessible to guests except for a small mezzanine, and a bedroom, reserved for our personal use. Other things to note The house also has a games room with ping-pong and darts, ideal if the weather is bad... to keep children and teenagers busy. In the enclosed garden is a small swing. We also provide, when the weather and the water level of the Vienne allow, a kayak (with life jacket) as well as a Loire boat.
