The space Enjoy a park-like setting near Skagit Golf Club with multiple indoor and outdoor areas to relax on our Skagit Valley view property. Guests will have their own private and secure suite with a separate, landscaped entrance and outdoor ‘bistro’ patio area, as well as shared access to our swimming pool (seasonally available), hot tub (inquire ahead), BBQ (inquire ahead), patio tables and secure parking area. The suite’s Guest Services room/kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator-freezer, double-wide sink, bistro table, Keurig, microwave oven (no stove), dishes, glasses and utensils, as well as a washer, dryer, ironing board and office desk. The desk area is well-lit and quiet for professionals or students to work. The entire property is Wifi connected for easy internet access. Indoor entertainment includes books, games and on-demand HDTV. Guests often compliment the suite’s private "The Trumpeter" bedroom, which has a comfortable queen bed, fresh clean linens, ample closet space, handy desk area and a flat-screen HDTV with a variety of on-demand selections via Roku, Hulu, YouTube and more! The suite’s private full bathroom has a tub-shower, toilet, vanity, hair dryer and fresh towels. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire private suite (“The Trumpeter” bedroom, Guest Services room/kitchenette, hallway, full bathroom and outdoor 'bistro' patio area), as well as shared access to the swimming pool (seasonally available), hot tub (inquire ahead), BBQ (inquire ahead), patio tables and secure parking area. Other things to note No smoking or vaping of any kind on premises. BBQ available by prior request. Hot tub preparation and heating can take up to 8-hours depending on the season. Guests should make requests at least 24-hours before time of intended use. The property is well-lit, has a driveway alarm system and ample free parking. Inquire ahead if you need additional parking space. Depending on time of the year, farm machinery or train noises could occur in the distance. Guests do not seem bothered. From here you can head south on I-5 to Mount Vernon and Seattle; north on I-5 to Bellingham and Vancouver, Canada (BC); west on Hwy 20 to La Conner, Anacortes, Deception Pass, Whidbey Island, ferry to San Juan Islands and Victoria, Canada (BC); east on Hwy 20 to the Cascade Mountains, Mount Baker, Winthrop, Lake Chelan, Columbia River and Eastern Washington.
