Enjoy the solar panel heated swimming pool (April-October), relax in the garden and patio, charge your Electric car with Wallbox. Two different size kitchens will allowed you to have a cozy dinner or to eat with all your friends. Enjoy Table tennis, pool table, table football, trampoline, barbecue, bicycles! Children dedicated salon! Chef available! The space You will have at your disposal the entire property, that is completely surrounded by fance and green hedge, for your safety and privacy. There is a beautiful lawn, always in perfect shape, thanks to the weekly visit of our gardener. The beautiful 10x5 meters swimming pool (salted water) , open from April to October, surrounded by the lawn, is heated if needed thanks to solar panel heating. A comfortable hammock , sun beds and solar external showers are located to the hedge of the swimming pool. The property is located in a silent and peaceful valley. It's the perfect place to enjoy some relaxing time with you friends and family. You will have a Weber barbecue to cook a delicious dinner in the outside patio. Chef available on request. In a 30 minutes car distance, you have some of the best Piedmont and Italian restaurants. Paradise of white truffle, Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera and Nebbiolo wine. In a bit more than 1 hour by car you can visit Milan, Turin or the beautiful Ligurian seaside Guest access You will have at your disposition, two covered car park inside the house borders (wall box for Electric cars), and a big private car parking just outside house gate. The inside part of the house measure 600 SQM (6.500 SQFt). You will have access to all except for 2 rooms that contains our personal belongings. There are three lounges (one dedicated to children) and 1 big food storage area. 4 bathrooms in the upper floor and two downstairs. All the bedrooms are located in the upper floor. Other things to note To access upper floor there is no lift, only two stairs. Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be supervised and cleaned up after AT ALL TIMES. There are no child gates on the stairs. IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT SWIMMING POOL!! Use of the swimming pool for children requires always the presence of adults, for their safety, and is totally at your responsibility. Swimming pool temperature will be set at a maximum temperature of 30°C during June, July and August. In other periods the temperature will depends from weather.
