Quiet & safe in Inner North Canberra1

IT IS A NO SMOKING PLACE, INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. My place is a single level 3 bedroom house in the suburb, about 5 km away from the city center and 2.5 km away from Woolworth & Coles, Dickson (Canberra China Town) and IGA in Lyneham. The price listed is ONLY for 1 room (Q bed), ANOTHER ROOM IS AVAILABLE FOR EXTRA CHARGE (check Quiet & safe in Inner North Canberra2) . The bathroom will be shared between the occupants of the 2 rooms (only when both rooms are booked, otherwise it is only for you). The space This rate is ONLY for 1 room with a Q size bed BUT there are 2 available rooms (1 Q bed & 2 single beds). Guests have their own clean bathroom and separate toilet. I like cooking, so if you like cooking too we will share the kitchen. Free (limited) wifi. The house is very close (within walking distances) to NextGen, Tennis & Hockey centers. IF YOU ARE A SMOKER, MY PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU, SORRY. Guest access You will have the back of the house almost to yourself, occasionally I need to use the laundry, etc. I use the kitchen almost everyday but you are welcome to use it too. However, you also have access to most parts of the house and garden. If you like sitting outside there are outdoor spaces, undercover and not undercover. For long stays, bed sheets will be provided but you need to change them yourself. If you come home from your outings after 11 pm, you need to use the side gate. The cleaning fee is ONLY for one cleaning after you leave the premises. Long stayers need to keep the bathroom & toilet clean at all times. During your stay I am a retiree so I will be around most of the time but I won't be in your way. Other things to note My place is NOT in the middle of the city but IS in the suburb and it is NOT suitable for parties or loud music as I want to respect my neighbours.
