New studio apartment in center of Split - for 4 people with two beds (double bed and pull out sofa bed), large bathroom and kitchen with amenities (electric kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge). It offers free WiFi, air condition, washing machine and TV/sat. In very center of Split, within 2 minutes walking to Riva and 5 minutes to the Diocletian's Palace. First beach is 15 min away. Towels and linens are included. Public parking is available for 8 eur/day. Street parking is free. The space Fully equipped studio apartment has one room with double bed and pull-out sofa bed. It's on the ground floor so no dragging suitcases upstairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Bathroom has its toiletries, hairdryer, iron and I also provide free towels. There is a private garden area where guests can sit in the sun, have a dinner or children can play while being safe from the traffic. Other things to note There is no window in the apartment but there are large entrance door from the garden which you can keep open all the time because there is no people walking there. Or you can just turn on ventilation mode on air condition. Pets are welcome. We can only accept one pet. Price is 10 eur/pet/day.
