Our apartment is conveniently located for guests wanting to stay in Nantes for business or tourism. You are close to the train station (10-min walk), the Jardin des Plantes (10-min walk), the city center (15-min walk from the Saint Pierre Cathedral and the Château des Ducs de Bretagne), the Museum of Arts (12-min walk). Its location For transportation, the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Moutonnerie tram stop (line 2) and a 3-minute walk from the Gambetta bus stop. The space The building is completely secure. The apartment is located on the ground floor on the courtyard side. The condo is very quiet and family-friendly. The courtyard allows you to enjoy the sun in summer and has a private garden. The apartment is cozy and has been recently renovated. You have a large living room with a double bed, a sofa bed, a large 2 m² wardrobe for storage, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the kitchen you will find: - Fridge and freezer - Baking sheet - Traditional combination oven - Microwave - Cooking equipment (pots, pans, etc.) - Dishes and cutlery Linens (bedding, towels, tea towels) are provided and washed at high temperatures. Ventilation for several hours between each stay. Disinfection of all surfaces (doorknobs, switches, furniture). Finally, the accommodation is entirely non-smoking and is part of a peaceful family condominium: parties are not allowed. The bed will be made upon arrival. Everything is included (water, electricity, heating) to ensure good comfort.
