Kid Friendly, Bay Front House, The Red Room

The name of our house is Kids R Us and it is an extremely kid friendly house! This affordable Fair Harbor stay with like-minded families. Do your own thing, or share meals and kid-watching! Sweet little sunny room! Two twin beds. A/C in the room. Guest access Your family will have a private bedroom with two comfy twin beds, spacious closet and a dresser. Sheets and towels supplied. Air mattress available. The Red Room looks over the back deck. You'll have full access to the kitchen, with space in the fridge and cabinets set aside just for your stuff, a big living room, a dining room, two shared bathrooms, outdoor shower and huge deck for outdoor dining. Most families who stay here end up eating semi-together, taking turns at the stove and sometimes even sharing dishes. More often than not, the kids band together to paint seashells, and everyone wanders over to the dock for sunset, grown-ups with grown-up drinks in hand. Sometimes families go to the beach together, and sometimes everyone does his/her own thing. And don't forget Wednesday night movies at the fire house! Rainy days are still fun -- those mean Sea Girt library or stay at home to use the years-collected movies, puzzles and games. During your stay Guests interact with each other a lot. You are taking just one bedroom in a four-bedroom house, unless you decide to rent more than one. But on the other hand, you can completely do your own thing and no one will mind! Other things to note We do offer shorter stays of just two nights starting three weeks before an open date -- until that point, we have a minimum stay of five nights. This rental is not for everyone -- it's a homey, communal place to lay your head and maybe make some family friends. Make sure you understand the sharing nature of The Big Yellow House before you commit!
