Single room with a view

FEMALES ONLY DUE TO SHARED FACILITIES. The property is situated at the top of Larkhall in a quiet cul de sac and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop. My children are both at university so you would have the bathroom to yourself except when they are home. There is a south facing patio which is a real sun trap. You must like pets as you would be sharing the space with two cats and one small dog (all very friendly). Guest access Guests can use the shared bathroom. There are no cooking facilities but there are a few good take aways and restaurants just down the road. There is a light self-service breakfast in the dining room in the mornings but no access to the kitchen in the evenings. During your stay We have two very friendly cats called Marmite and Cloud and a very friendly and inquisitive dog called Juno who might want to come and say hello. As with all dogs, please expect the occasional bark.
