3rd floor studio apartment in a vintage building in a quiet residential setting. Apartment is cozy, with a Queen bed, couch, private bathroom and small kitchen in a studio format. Quiet but convenient neighborhood with short walk to Irving Park and Western bus routes, beautiful river path, coffee shop, parks and restaurants. Slightly longer walk to Brown Line stops, bustling Lincoln Square with restaurants, bars, library, shops, etc. The space Apartment is simple and vintage (nothing fancy here!), but clean, cozy, and affordable. Queen bed, couch, private bathroom and small kitchen in a studio format. Please note, there is no Central AC in the unit. We have a strong window AC unit and fans to help keep the unit cool, but it is in a studio attic, so on very hot days it can still be a little warm in the unit. On the flip side, it is usually nice and toasty in the winter! **We recently updated the sheets based on a recent guest's comment. Please let us know if you have any issues during your stay, and we will do our best to make sure you are comfortable!** Guest access Guests can access the entire studio apartment with private bathroom and small kitchen. Other things to note Two families live on other floors in the building, and we ask that guests be quiet and respectful not only the unit, but also the public areas around our building and neighborhood.
