Welcome to our cozy apartment in Koblenz-Südliche Vorstadt, just 2 minutes' walk from the beautiful Rhine. We look forward to welcoming you to our temporary home and making your stay unforgettable. The space Our charming apartment is located in a magnificent Art Nouveau house in the southern suburb of Koblenz. Only a 5-6 minute walk from the central train station / bus station, it still offers a quiet atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants. The historic old town is also within easy reach. Ideal for a relaxing holiday or business trip. This 46 m² ground floor apartment (raised ground floor) is located in a 1902-built, upper-class Art Nouveau house with a lot of history and charm. The apartment has been completely renovated and looks airy due to the high ceiling height. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), a built-in closet, a cozy reading corner and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, the spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, and a washing machine is also available. Bicycles are available to our guests free of charge, so they can quickly explore the surrounding area. Of course, fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Cyclists are welcome! Your own bicycles can be parked safely and easily in the courtyard of the house. There is a covered, non-visible bicycle parking space available exclusively for residents. Our apartment is also well connected to the surrounding airports: Frankfurt-Hahn Airport can be reached by bus 610 in about 1 hour and 10 minutes to Koblenz Central Station; it runs six times a day. From the central station it is a 5-6-minute walk to the apartment. Frankfurt am Main Airport offers train connections to Koblenz with departures at least every 30 minutes; the travel time varies between 1:10 hours and 1:45 hours. Cologne/Bonn Airport is also well connected, with trains every 30 minutes and a travel time of about 1:20 to 1:45 hours. Düsseldorf Airport has several trains per hour to Koblenz, the travel time is between 1:40 and 2:40 hours. Dortmund Airport can be reached by several trains per hour, the travel time is about 3:30 hours.
