1950's remodeled home. Dock access is approx 500ft from house down to Big Lake Santa fe 7x3mi & up to 30ft deep. Perfect for skiing & fishing. Boat trailer between houses or along road. The vacation venue next door, called "Boat House", has a boat ramp. It is $20 fee to launch boat or free ramp in Melrose, 3.5mi away. RAMP is currently closed due to drought. NOTE: 4/13/26 LAKE IS VERY LOW due to drought. PLEASE be careful at dock. Grab 1 of the flashlights for a night walk to guide you. The space Everything you need in a clean, comfortable home. Has warm cabin feel but with all technologies & luxuries of today. There are 2 queen beds and a futon. Guest access Boat slip, canoe w/paddles, kayaks, life jackets, ski ropes, 2 paddleboards, fishing poles, laundry room, horse shoe & fire pit, charcoalgrill, 2 picnic tables, record player, portable wireless speaker for dock use, board games, bocce ball, football, corn hole, waffle & coffee maker (coffee, tea & waffle mix included), blender, spices, Dish network, SEC network, wifi, Netflix, hulu weights and lake towls Other things to note Small gatherings available on case by case. if you have a dog please pick up after them. RV hookup no longer available due to misuse from a past guest. My apologies for the landscaping. Freeze killed alot. I am working on bringing it back. Also it didn't rain enough last year and the lake is very low. Ramps are currently closed due to drought.
