The apartment is located in an old Viennese Gründerzeithaus and is accessible by elevator. Around the corner is the beautiful Augarten. The cozy studio can accommodate a total of 2 people. With the two subway lines U4 & U6, which you can reach in about 8 minutes walking distance, as well as tram line 5 right outside the door, the apartment is the perfect starting point for your city trip. The space Our apartment is on the 4th elevator floor of a renovated building. The apartment has the following rooms: Living room / bedroom: 1 kitchen 1 bathroom 1 entrance The light-flooded living room/bedroom contains a double bed (1.80 × 2.0 m) and a wardrobe for storing clothes. In addition to fast Wi-Fi in the entire apartment, the living room has a Smart TV with its own Netflix account. There is also a dining table for 2 people in the living room. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with: oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet as well as a washing machine. Linens and towels are provided for your stay. Highchair and crib are provided by us on request. Guest access Parking in front of the house is free on weekends and holidays. Since parking is subject to a fee during the week, we recommend a parking garage that is just around the corner and costs about €8/day.
