Extended rental welcome The inside is very beautiful There is a convenience store and spa within 2 minutes. It's convenient for living. We are at just 8min walk to JR Shinjuku station, the biggest station in the world with lots of tourist spots and literally hundreds of great places to eat. Other closeby stations are Nishi-shinjuku (6min walk), Shinjuku-Nishiguchi (5min), Okubo (7min). The space The room is great for a groups of 4 to 6 Adults. We have two super comfortable double-size beds in the rooms and another double sofa in the living room that can turn into double bed if needed. We have all the necessary things you may need: => Clean bed sheets, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body soap => Separated toilet, hand sink and shower/tub => Hair dryer, Iron and ironing table. => Fully supplied kitchen with pans, pots, cups, dishes and silverware => Fridge, microwave oven, gas stove => Washer and Dryer (not 100% drying)in the unit => Closets for your clothes If you want to book rooftop balcony with Jacuzzi and BBQ space ,Please note that you need to book in advance and it costs extra. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment unit as well as common areas in the building. The rooftop jacuzzi space is also available for reservation at an extra cost. Other things to note Please NO shoes inside the apartment Please NO smoking as some of our guests have allergy to smoke and the smell If smoke in the room you will be charge extra pls make sure no not lose the key a,the penalty for lost key is 30,000.
