Cosy, self contained annex & parking in St. Mawes.

Our self contained bedsit annex is ideally situated close to the harbour and local beach (300 meters away). It's ideal for a couple who want a convenient location, with free parking, good restaurants and pubs nearby. St.Mawes has local shops, two bakeries, a deli, seafood on the harbour, boutiques and amenities. It has easy links to Falmouth by foot ferry (weather dependent) and by car on the King Harry Ferry. The space The bed sit annex has a fridge/freezer, ice cubes, toaster, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, cafetière, within a small kitchenette. I supply some tea, instant coffee, sugar, marmalade and strawberry jam. For your arrival, I include a 'Welcome' treat of fresh scones, clotted cream and a pint of milk. Enjoy! Additional - Hairdryer, bathroom and beach towels. If you need the use of an iron and ironing board, just ask. We have Wifi but it can be intermittent. St. Mawes has limited cell phone coverage, however in the harbour, the signal is stronger. Guest access Guests will have privacy in their self contained accommodation. The annex is accessed by car via a block paved driveway. Other things to note We are happy for guests to bring a small infant to the accommodation, however they would need to bring their own baby equipment/cot etc. I’m afraid no pets are allowed.
