Daily housekeeping is included, daily continental breakfast can be organised on demand. Access with codes, reception in the morning The space Located on the first floor of a 19th century buidling, you will share the building's entrance and the elevator with the other residents. Past the entrance door, you will discover a sophisticated mixture of vintage decoration (from the 50s) and contemporary design . Each of the 6 rooms is unique and has its private bathroom. You will immediately feel like home in this exclusive place in the center of Paris. Breakfast can be served in the living-room, where you will be able to relax after an intense day in the French capital. We offer complementary soft drinks, coffee, tea and cookies to make your stay as relaxing and simple as possible ! Daily housekeeping included with towels, toiletries etc. Upon request we can organise daily breakfast. You will receive a confirmation email with your access code for the building and an other one for your room. Reception genreally not staffed, but we are available 24/24 for request via email or phone, and we provide a free App that will help you find you way and interact with us. To ensure the best comfort for all our customers, children under 8 cannot be accommodated and pets are not allowed. Guest access We have mixed the codes between small hotel and guest house, to offer you a different experience. Our properties are laid out like typical Parisian apartments with a shared living room, private bedrooms and a self-service shared kitchen area, while providing all the comfort and services of a high-end hotel. Just like the building’s inhabitants, you have your personal codes to access the property, sent by e-mail before your arrival, so you can come and go with full autonomy! No need to queue for check-in or check-out, at 1er Etage, you are totally independent. Other things to note To ensure a comfortable stay, daily housekeeping takes places before 1 pm.
