It is 3 minutes walking away from Las Ramblas, Placa Reial, and 5 minutes away from the Port. Guest access Exclusively for the use of the guest Other things to note IMPORTANT - The following amounts aren't included in the rental price and will be charged upon arrival into the property: UTILITY FEES An extra 222.75€ per month will be charged to cover utility fees (water, electricity, wifi). Should the bills sum up to a higher amount, the tenant will be asked to pay the difference. LATE CHECK-IN: For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: 40€ For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: 60€ EARLY CHECK-IN (before 3pm): Subject to availability and there is a 40€ early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm). A rental contract will be signed between the guest and the owner that highlights the booking details as well as the property and building rules. A rental contract outlining the rental summary as well as house rules will be signed prior to check-in.
