Our place is at Babe's beach and the amazing Texas Coast! Originally named the American Mediterranean for good reason...the sky, water and sand view is gorgeous and surrounded by many activities...Beach Time, Segway tours, Historical Homes, Nightlife, Fishing Piers, Eateries & more! Long-Term Rentals are welcome from October 1st - February 28th, however approval from owners is required. Please send an inquiry and we will work with you all towards the dates and monthly Pricing. The space Our home away from home is the perfect place to relax and unwind as you enjoy an unobstructed ocean view from as many vantage points as we could dream up! A rental Agreement will be sent in the message thread for signature and is due prior to your stay. The agreement is included in the listing as an attachment. Both bedrooms have pillow top mattresses; they are amazingly comfortable to rest after a day of beach, golf, activities or shopping! Bedroom one is your typical bedroom with the fantastically comfortable bed, chest of drawers for guest use and walk-in closet. The second bedroom is ocean side and includes a breathtaking view of the sky, water, and sand! The "closet" area has excellent storage in a cabinet style for folding a lot of clothes so bring whatever you need! . Guest access Guest access the complex through the rear parking area or ocean side and use the elevators for access to the amazing condo and views. Other things to note We welcome families, business travel and of course our wonderful winter Texans! You will fall in love with the water, view and a few of our winter Texans that linger well into the warmer seasons.
