A great opportunity to stay in the heart of Edinburgh's historic new town, city centre . This large comfortable Georgian flat, dates to the late 1700s. On the 2nd floor (US 3rd floor), it has tall elegant ceilings, large windows, great views across the Forth and is ideal for exploring the city centre with the Old Town is just minutes away: 150 metres from the tram stop in St Andrews Square. Then walk down to York Place on your left . It is 5-10 mins walk from Waverley Station. Super fast wifi. The space There are three large bedrooms, two with comfortable double beds - plus a recently updated ensuite shower room in the principal bedroom plus a lovely family bathroom complete with bathtub - treat yourself to a well-deserved soak after a hard day's exploration! One of the flat's highlights is its beautifully upgraded kitchen which opens to a large, bright dining room which seats 6 around a large dining table; we love how the large dining table brings everyone together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create gourmet meals or make a simple cup of tea. Tea/coffee/sugar are all provided along with cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, olive oil etc.... The living room is a perfect space for relaxing and socializing - and with its large windows overlooking the street - watching the world go by! Or a film on Netflix for those cosy family nights in. Ideal for when all you want is a peaceful night. There's a large comfortable sofa and plenty of games, too! Guest access Guests have the entire apartment to themselves, our co-host will normally meet and greet you on arrival, feel free to ask any questions or recommendations. However, due to Covid, guest temporarily have to use a lock box outside the front door Other things to note Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, however an earlier bag drop can be arranged and check-out time is anytime before 11am. Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them. The flat is on the second floor (US third floor) - there are stairs to climb and no lift, but the views are worth it!
