Hola, Hello, Salut, Hallo, Hoi, Ciao, Ola, Pryvet, Hej and Welcome to sunny Málaga! I rent my renewed luxury apartment located in a quiet and new residential neighbourhood in Málaga. The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped, has a swimming pool, 2 terraces to enjoy your meals or a glass of wine and it's JUST 200m to the BEACH The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) and the building is modern and clean, it has a garden and a SWIMMING POOL for you to refresh and to escape the heat. It's a 140 sqm apartment including a small and big balcony. I don't rent individual rooms but the whole apartment, which includes my spacious bedroom (210x180cm super comfortable bed) which includes a bathroom, and then the second bedroom (it has a new bunk bed, and a double sofa-bed (200x140cm)) and a bathroom in front. ALL THEM ARE TO BE USED AND FUNCTIONAL. So the apartment is PERFECT FOR A COUPLE OR FAMILIES/FRIENDS EVEN UNTIL 5 PEOPLE TO FEEL COMFORTABLE!!!. The third room I use as a storage room with all my books and some clothes, it's locked and it won't be available. The bedrooms aren't close to the common area, and especially the main bedroom is quite far from the kitchen and living room, so it has full privacy and it's very quiet. The BED is a KING SIZE one (210x180cm) and it's really comfortable and I am sure you will like it so much, that it will be hard for you to leave it… A commanding GREAT Room is the center point of the house since it combines the living room, dining room and GOURMET KITCHEN for the ultimate modern entertaining space. If you like cooking, I am sure you will love it, as much as I do. TOURISTIC APARTMENT REGISTRATION NUMBER: According to the Spanish government law, I must inform you that this apartment is registered as a tourist apartment with registration number: VFT/MA/04474. Please don't trust apartments which don't show this information, since they might not be complying with the law and requirements of the government. Also, you have available complaint forms in case there's something you aren't happy about. Guest access GUEST ACCESS: You are free to use the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has central heating and air conditioning. Please use them smartly. Bed linen, towels, beach towels are at your disposal, as well as free high speed wifi and Smart TV. For parking, normally I do have my car at the garage,but the area is safe and around the house there are many free spots. As I mentioned above, you will stay alone at the apartment, but just 2 out of 3 of the bedrooms are available. Other things to note EXTRA DETAILS: Before and During your stay I will be happy to give you tips and help you to plan your stay in Málaga. Other amenities include: * High-Speed Wireless Internet (10Gb fiber: For Maximum speed, your computer will need a 1Gb+ Network card and to be plugged to the network). * Clean bed linens and towels for each guest. * Fully functional kitchen. * Smart TV at the living room * Smart TV at the main room * A Dishwasher. * Hairdryer * Radio with Speakers at the kitchen-living room ceiling. * A washing machine and a dryer.
