Extended Stay! (A)

This listing is for the master bedroom (A) with private bath in this 3 bed / 2.5 bath 1400 sq ft town home. The house is fully furnished with utilities, internet, washer/dryer, and complete kitchen. The downstairs is all common area including a kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath. Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a washer/dryer. The space Private room, comfy bed, equipped with a smart TV in your room! Enjoy your favorites like Netflix, Hulu, etc. The bedroom door has a standard interior lock which locks from the inside, and an electronic key pad at the front door. I worked EMS as a medic for 9 years so I understand the need for housing when on assignment and I tend to cater towards working travelers/nurses. The house will therefore be shared with other travelers. The house is very close to all hospitals. According to online maps ... TMH is 3 miles away and 8 minutes by car. Capital Regional is 4.9 miles away 12 min by car. VA Hospital is 1.8 miles away, 4 min by car Guest access Multiple spots to park in front of unit. The entire downstairs which includes the kitchen, dinning room, living room, and half bath are all shared spaces. Upstairs is the laundry room which is shared and 3 bedrooms. Each guest has their own private room. The master bedroom (bedroom A) has a private shower and large walk in closet. Bedrooms B and C share a bathroom upstairs. During your stay I'll always be available to help. I generally reach out to a guest shortly after they check in to make sure everything is ok. After that I usually don't initiate dialogue and leave guests to themselves. Other things to note This is a working class neighborhood. You'll find most residents going to their jobs and some school age kids leaving for school in the mornings. The neighborhood is very quiet and everyone keeps to themselves.
