Best regards, Guest access After confirming their booking, guests are kindly requested to promptly submit proof of government-issued IDs to facilitate the issuance of a permit to stay prior to their arrival. For bookings made on Saturdays, guests are required to upload ID’s before 11am, for an immediate issuance of permit of stay. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 1-bedroom unit throughout their stay. For stays of 90 days or more, guests enjoy unlimited complimentary access to all amenities, including weekends. For stays less than 90 days, guests are required to pay P150 per person to access amenities, as per Fern Residence Management Rulings. These amenities include an Olympic-size swimming pool, three kiddie pools, three adult pools, six badminton courts, a basketball court, and a gym, all accessible even on weekends. Other things to note Dear Guests, We would like to kindly remind, for guests staying with children, we respectfully request that you supervise and advise your children to refrain from damaging any displays or decorations within the unit. In the event of any breakage during your stay, guests will be responsible for the cost of the item/items. We apologize for this notice, as we have experienced the unfortunate breakage of multiple display items. Kindly note that bookings for Weekend, government-issued IDs of all guests should be received, before 11am on Saturdays, Philippine Standard Time. We strictly enforce a NO - SMOKING policy inside the unit and the entire building. Please consult the building staff for information on designated smoking areas to avoid incurring penalties.
