Please note that with the new Scottish Government's Short Term Let Licensing Scheme, we are very limited in the type of guest/tenant we can accept at this property. In short, we are unable to accept short term bookings if you are here on holiday, for tourism, or visiting family. Property is ideal for those looking for an extended stay, those in between homes or here studying for a few months. The space Very modern 2 bedroom apartment, located on the 2nd floor (with lift access). Both bedrooms have King beds and plenty of storage facilities. The master bedroom has its own private en-suite shower room. The living room has a smart TV and comfy sofa space for 4 while the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Unlimited high speed wifi is available. Private parking is also available, free of charge (a rare find in Edinburgh!). Guest access Access will be discussed before booking. We can sometimes arrange an early arrival however if we have a tenant departing on your arrival day, we may have to arrange an evening arrival to account for cleaning and inventory. Other things to note As already stated, we are restricted in the type of person who can stay in this property as we do not plan on applying for the unlawful short term let license.
