The 2nd: a 140 cm bed, large built-in closet. The 3rd: 2 beds of 90 cm, chest of drawers. Bathroom with double sink, storage and shower. A separate toilet with hand basin. A secure outdoor outbuilding to store bicycles, roof box, surfboard, golf clubs... Guest access House located in the heart of the small village of Nesmy, all shops are 300 m away (supermarket, pharmacy, baker/pastry chef, chocolate maker/pastry chef, deli/caterer, beautician, hairdresser...) Sports trail and city stadium/skate park 300 m from the house. Bus stop to La Roche-sur-Yon 150 m away. The house is 2 minutes from the Bluegreen Golf de la Domangère and at the foot of many hiking trails on the banks of the Yon, a privileged area for hiking, mountain biking, gravel biking or cyclotourism (information and advice possible from your host :)). By car you are 10 minutes from Place Napoléon and La Roche sur Yon train station. 20 minutes from O gliss park and O fun park (water and leisure parks). 25 minutes from the beaches (Les Sables d'Olonne, La Tranche sur Mer...) and the Grand Défi park (treetop adventure course). 40 minutes from Puy du Fou, 50 minutes from Nantes, 1 hour from Île de Noirmoutier, 1 hour from La Rochelle and 1 hour 15 minutes from Angers. 4 hours from central Paris.
