Come unplug, and relax in this house situated in Cennina, a beautiful medieval village in the heart of Tuscany between Siena, Arezzo & Florence. The house has 3 units total, only 1 on AirBnb with a garden which sits across from an old castle. The space If you want to unplug, and relax in Tuscany this is the perfect place to experience Tuscan life, and be part of a medieval village of 21 inhabitants. This village sits at the top of a 500 meter hill above the valley floor with a rustic old castle built in 1167. On the hilltop is it a little cooler in the Summer months and walks in the village offer incredible views of Tuscany and the valley below. There are no shops in the village, however nearby towns with shops include Ambra (3 km) or Bucine (6 km) about a 10 minute drive. Shops include a supermarket, butcher, bakery, gelato shop, bars, and excellent restaurants. The regions best public swimming pool is located between these two towns. The house is 85 square meters (910sq. feet). First floor: kitchen/living room with fireplace, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. On the second floor: bedroom with double bed futon base, a small room with a single bed. In the garden there is a barbecue. The house also provides guests with: - cooking utensils, moka, placemats, salt, sugar and coffee. - hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and hairdryer. In the bathroom there is a First Aid Kit. - Washing machine, washing powder and drying rack. - Garden chairs and deckchairs. - Tourist guides in various languages, brochures, pamphlets and maps. - Manual of the house.
