The house has a kitchen (recently renovated) with a wood stove, induction cooktop and dishwasher, two living rooms, 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, a ground floor with a fireplace and a living room for adults and a play area with a pool table, a large garden and a terrace with a grill. It is fully equipped with bedding and all necessary cooking utensils. The house's garage is spacious, and between the garage and the outdoor space, 4 cars could easily be accommodated. Maximum capacity of the house 6 people. Our house has an excellent location as it is just a few minutes drive from the beaches, as well as two important urban centers such as Muros and Noia, both with an old town declared a Historic Artistic Complex and in which you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, hiking trails... Good location to visit the Rías Baixas, Costa da Morte, Fisterra and Santiago de Compostela. You will also have other nearby attractions such as the Tambre River Estuary (ZEC-Red Natura 2000); Ponte Nafonso, important archaeological remains such as the Dolmen de Argalo, or castros such as Baroña, by the sea and a wonderful beach. Through the highway that connects Noia with Santiago de Compostela and just 25 minutes by car you will find the Jacobean city where you will have a great tourist and cultural offer. A few meters from the house there is a bus stop that connects Ribademar with Santiago de Compostela, with Noia, Muros and other towns such as Serra de Outes.
