2-room apartment in residence, Embrun city center

The apartment is located a 200 m walk from the city center of Embrun, the SNCF/bus station, entertainment and shops. A few minutes' drive from the Plan d'Eau and Lake Serre-Ponçon, about 20-30 minutes from the ski resorts (Les Orres, Réallon, Crévoux, Vars-Risoul...). Many hikes are in the vicinity and will allow you to escape to our beautiful nature. Sleek decoration to make you feel at home as soon as possible. The space Embrun city center is less than a 5-minute walk away! There is a convenience store (Spar) at the top of the city as well as a bakery 200 m away, Leader Price at the bottom of the city, or Super U and Intermarché in the activity area near the water (shuttle or car). All shops and entertainment are therefore at your fingertips. The apartment is located in a quiet residence, closed by a gate. It is bright and has few neighbors because it mainly faces the stadium. Small town so small team, little soccer or athletics training. The living room includes a sofa bed, TV, kitchenette, bar with 2 stools, and table with 4 chairs. The loggia will allow you to enjoy an unobstructed view of the stadium and the Grand Morgon mountain. Breakfast or meals in good season are very pleasant. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The apartment has a small bedroom with 140 double bed (new bed frame and mattress July 2022) with wall closet and wardrobe. The cleaning kit is in the toilet, and the vacuum cleaner is in the bedroom closet. Come discover it and enjoy our beautiful department, the Hautes-Alpes! Other things to note - IMPORTANT - Sheets are provided ONLY for the bed in the room as well as one towel per person. For more than 2 people, towels and sheets are extra: Duvet cover + fitted sheet + pillowcase = €10 Towel = €3 Dishes need to be washed, dried and put away. The apartment must be left as clean and tidy as you found it. The garbage cans are to be emptied, containers are located at the exit of the residence, on the right of the gate.
